The Invicta Debate Institute is proud to announce its second annual camp for the debate community. The purpose of this camp is to offer advanced training in Speech and Forensics to the South Florida Circuit. Our talented staff welcomes each student with open arms to teach them the proper techniques to be a successful debater. Welcome to Invicta Debate Institute!
Summer Session 2017
Commuter Program – $400 (Local Residents)
Residential Program – $1,500 (Out-of-State Participants)Financial Aid available under registration.
There is 24/7 surveillance at the Private School that is hosting Invicta Debate and 6 adults will be on-site at all times during the camp’s operating hours.
Residential program participants will be staying in the Sawgrass Inn and Conference Center (1711 N University Dr, Plantation, FL 33322). Asma Naeem, a finger printed and registered teacher with Broward County will be at the hotel supervising. Transportation will be provided to and from the facilities, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. For students with special dietary needs, accommodations will be made. For the weekends, we have picnics, barbecues, and field trips planned. All residential registrants are subject to an interview alongside their parents. We are looking for bright, motivated, and well-behaved students to join us.
For commuters, food will not be provided but it will be available for sale. We recommend bringing your own lunch.
Summer Session Dates:
July 31st to August 12th
Saturday (August 12th) will be the Camp Tournament
Saturday will be free days. Sunday will be a camp day.
