Mission: To gather Zakaat, Sadaqa and Fitra from the muslim community and distribute to local people in need according to Islamic guidelines. To promote general charitable works for all of those in need regardless of religous or ethnic background.

History: The committee was formed 16 years ago as a subsidiary of the School of Islamic Studies of Broward (SISB). Donors can drop off their donation in boxes inside the IFSF masjid marked for “Zakaat”, “Sadaqa” and “Fitra”.
